Atlantic City Multicultural Services
As one of New Jersey's most diverse communities, Atlantic City is home to residents from countless cultures, backgrounds and walks of life. The City of Atlantic City's Multicultural Services Division helps ensure that everyone feels welcomed, valued and represented.
Through cultural programming, community outreach and educational initiatives, the division celebrates the diversity that makes Atlantic City unique while fostering understanding, inclusion and unity across the community.
Throughout the year, Multicultural Services hosts events that recognize the traditions, history and contributions of cultures from around the world. From heritage celebrations and educational programs to community festivals and international events, the division creates opportunities for residents and visitors to come together, learn from one another and celebrate what makes Atlantic City such a vibrant place to call home.
The division also serves as a resource for residents, connecting people with programs, services and support while ensuring all voices are represented throughout city government.
A key part of this commitment is the Mayor's Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs, established in 2021 to promote equity, inclusion and opportunity for Atlantic City's LGBTQ+ community. The office connects residents with resources, advocates for inclusive policies, works with city departments to improve access to services and hosts events that bring the community together throughout the year, including Atlantic City's annual Pride celebration.
Together, these efforts reflect Atlantic City's belief that diversity is one of its greatest assets.
By celebrating every culture and creating opportunities for all people to thrive, Atlantic City's Multicultural Services Division is helping build a stronger, more connected community.
