Program Helps Atlantic City Residents Maintain Properties

Atlantic City is continuing to put neighborhood pride into action through the Community Cleanup & Laborer Team, an initiative of the City’s Division of Reentry Services that provides free cleanup assistance to residents.

The safety-certified team helps with lot and litter cleanup, overgrowth and brush removal, bulk debris hauling and placing trash cans curbside, helping residents take greater pride in their properties and the neighborhoods they call home.

Backed by the Department of Public Works, the program is another example of the City meeting residents where they are and providing practical support to make a difference block by block.

Cleaner neighborhoods help build a stronger sense of ownership, pride and community.

The City of Atlantic City will continue investing in programs that empower residents, improve quality of life and make every neighborhood a place we can all be proud to call home.
