Four exemplary firefighters were officially promoted to the esteemed rank of battalion chief. These individuals—Timothy Kuras, Ariel Beltran, Kyle Pollock, and Kenton Brookings—have demonstrated exceptional leadership, courage, and service throughout their careers, earning the trust and respect of both their peers and the community.

In addition to the battalion chiefs, the department proudly promoted six firefighters to the rank of captain. Those recognized were Jamieson Allen, Joseph Caprio, Joseph Welsh, Jack Rush, Thomas Higbee, and William Hamilton, Jr. Each of them has shown unwavering dedication and a deep commitment to the safety and well-being of Atlantic City’s residents.

The event was more than just a ceremony; it was a celebration of service, legacy, and the future of the department. Fire Chief Scott K.
