Creative Bloom: Succulent Terrarium Craft Day at Atlantic City Senior Services

On the Third Thursday of the month, Atlantic City Senior Services hosted another successful installment of its Monthly Craft Project. This time, participants immersed themselves in the charming world of Succulent Terrariums. The hands-on activity brought together creativity, relaxation, and community bonding in a warm and welcoming environment.

The room was abuzz with excitement as seniors gathered around the craft tables, each station thoughtfully prepared with glass containers, decorative stones, potting soil, and a vibrant selection of succulents. Guided by our friendly staff, attendees learned how to carefully layer materials and thoughtfully arrange their miniature gardens.

The beauty of the terrarium project was not just in the final product, but in the process itself. Seniors shared stories, laughed, and offered each other design tips as they worked on their creations. For many, it was a nostalgic return to gardening, while for others, it was an exciting new experience.
