For Atlantic City residents looking to build a brighter future, the Job Readiness & Employment Resource Program is here to help. Designed for those who are unemployed, looking to upskill, or seeking better opportunities, the program removes barriers to employment by combining training, career exploration, and hands-on certifications.
The program also provides personal development resources like The Success Profiler, Winning Colors, Financial Success tools, and anxiety management strategies — ensuring participants don’t just land a job, but build sustainable careers.
The Job Readiness Program reflects Atlantic City’s commitment to workforce development, creating a pipeline of skilled residents ready to contribute to the city’s growth.
