For the first time since its inception, the North to Shore Festival announced a full year of programming in Atlantic City, starting with a vibrant kickoff event held earlier this week.
The announcement took place at The Terrace at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, where festival organizers, local officials, and community partners gathered to unveil this exciting new chapter for the city.
The North to Shore Festival—powered by Prudential—celebrates the arts, innovation, and community across New Jersey. Atlantic City is now joining Newark and Asbury Park in hosting a dynamic lineup of performances and events that showcase local culture, talent, and entertainment.
Some of the first events revealed during the kickoff include the Orange Loop Block Party on June 14, a lively street celebration promising music, food, and community fun. Also on June 14 is Bash at Back Sov, bringing high-energy skateboarding and youth-centered activities to the heart of the city.
On June 15, audiences were invited to enjoy Global Grooves, an immersive music experience celebrating diverse cultural sounds and rhythms from around the world.
Summer in Atlantic City also got a major boost with the announcement of Free Summer Concerts at Gardner’s Basin, taking place on June 21 and July 26. These outdoor shows offered residents and tourists alike a chance to unwind by the water with live music in a family-friendly atmosphere.
The expansion of the North to Shore Festival into a full-year schedule marks a milestone in Atlantic City's ongoing efforts to promote arts, culture, and community engagement year-round.
City officials expressed pride in the city's growing role as a cultural destination and encouraged residents to take part in the upcoming festivities and support local talent.
With this announcement, Atlantic City has firmly positioned itself as a year-round hub for creativity and celebration through the North to Shore Festival.
