Atlantic City Detectives Complete Specialized Crime Scene Investigation Training

The Atlantic City Police Department extended its congratulations to Detectives Brian McKinney and Bryan Victoria-Garcia for the successful completion of the New Jersey State Police Crime Scene Investigation Course.

Over the course of eight weeks, both detectives underwent extensive training designed to deepen their expertise in crime scene analysis and forensic evidence handling. The program covered a wide range of specialized topics including bloodstain pattern analysis, shooting analysis and reconstruction, forensic photography, fingerprint classification and recognition, grave extraction, evidence collection, and courtroom testimony.

This advanced training equipped the detectives with the technical skills necessary to interpret complex crime scenes and present clear, accurate findings in court proceedings.
