The City of Atlantic City officially declared May 7, 2025, as Visit Atlantic City Day in celebration of National Travel and Tourism Week. The proclamation honored Visit Atlantic City's significant contributions to the city's economic growth and recognized its vital role in strengthening Atlantic City's status as a premier destination.
During the first quarter of 2025, Visit Atlantic City generated more than $77 million in economic impact by hosting 12 major conventions, sporting events, and conferences. This achievement fueled the city's year-round tourism and set a new benchmark for success in the region.
The proclamation also acknowledged the strategic integration of Visit Atlantic City with DO AC and the leadership of President and CEO Gary Musich. His vision and direction further solidified Atlantic City's reputation as a thriving travel and tourism hub.
