The City of Atlantic City, in partnership with AC Rec, celebrated the successful conclusion of another exciting T-Ball season. The program brought together young athletes from across the city, giving them the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baseball while building teamwork and confidence.
Throughout the season, the city’s young sluggers demonstrated tremendous improvement as they practiced their swings, throws, and catches. Coaches and parents alike were proud to witness the growth, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship displayed by each participant.

The T-Ball program continued to be a cornerstone of Atlantic City’s youth recreation efforts, fostering not only athletic skills but also lifelong values such as discipline, respect, and camaraderie.
Adding to the excitement, players had the chance to play at the beautifully renovated Pop Lloyd Stadium, a historic venue that has been restored to provide young athletes with a memorable experience. Competing on the same field that has hosted generations of local talent made the season even more special for the participants and their families.
Mayor Marty Small Sr. and the Department of Recreation commended the efforts of all staff, volunteers, and parents who contributed to the season’s success. Their dedication ensured that the program remained a positive and inclusive environment for every child involved.

The completion of this year’s season marked another milestone in Atlantic City’s commitment to expanding youth sports and recreation programs. The city continued to invest in facilities and programs that nurture young talent and strengthen community bonds.
From opening day to the final game, every player showcased passion and progress — qualities that embody the spirit of Atlantic City’s youth. The T-Ball season served as a reminder that sports are not just about competition, but about growth, learning, and fun.
As the season concluded, AC Rec expressed pride in the young athletes and excitement for the seasons to come. With the support of the community, the future of youth baseball in Atlantic City looked brighter than ever.
