Join the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority, Stockton University’s Office of Community Engagement, Odin Properties and Rutala Associates, LLC for a 60-minute workshop exploring tools, partnerships and strategies to transform underutilized properties into opportunities for community revitalization.

Designed for developers, municipal leaders, public agencies and community partners, the workshop will cover topics including adaptive reuse, capital financing, public-private partnerships, historic preservation, affordable housing, project execution and community impact.
