Refresh and Reboot: Spring into Wellness at Atlantic Cape’s Mind & Body Fair

Join us this April 23 at Atlantic Cape Community College – AC Campus for the Mind & Body Resource Fair, an event designed to support both mental and physical health as we head into spring. From 11 AM to 1 PM, attendees will have access to a wide variety of health-focused resources and engaging activities, including screenings, fitness sessions, and nutritious cooking demos.
