As part of its commitment to community growth, the Midtown Community Development Corporation (Midtown CDC) organized a Homebuying 101 Workshop on September 13, offering free educational resources on credit, grants, and mortgage programs.

Who: Midtown Community Development Corporation (Midtown CDC) in collaboration with Ducktown CDC, Fulton Bank, Parke Bank, the Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University, and the Atlantic County Economic Alliance

What: Free Homebuying 101 workshops offering education on credit counseling, grant research, income qualifications, loan programs, and mortgage pre-approval
