The Atlantic City Free Public Library presented “Latin Rhythms by the Sea” at Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall, an exhibit highlighting the city’s rich Latin music heritage through memorabilia, photos, and a live Latin Pipe Organ Concert that brought the celebration to life.
