New Training Program Helps Residents Build Pathways to Financial Independence

Beginning October 8, 2025, participants attended twice-weekly sessions at Atlantic Cape Community College in Atlantic City, where they received practical education on building financial independence and pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities.

Who: Atlantic City Reentry Services, in partnership with community organizations, offering financial literacy education for formerly incarcerated individuals and others re-entering society

What: Financial Literacy / Entrepreneur Course focused on entrepreneurship, financial independence, and culturally relevant money management skills

When: October 8 – November 13, 2025 (Wednesdays & Thursdays, 4 PM – 6 PM)

Where: Atlantic Cape Community College (Atlantic City Campus)

Why: To equip participants with practical tools, knowledge, and resources for achieving entrepreneurship opportunities and long-term financial independence
