When Bart Blatstein looks at Atlantic City, he doesn't see what the city was, he sees what it can become.
As the Founder and CEO of Tower Investments, Blatstein built his reputation by revitalizing overlooked neighborhoods in Philadelphia, transforming them into thriving destinations. He has brought that same vision and determination to Atlantic City, where he has become one of the city's most significant private investors.
In 2016, Blatstein purchased the shuttered Showboat Casino with a bold vision: reinvent it as a premier family-friendly resort. Since then, Showboat has become one of Atlantic City's most unique attractions, featuring the world's largest arcade, a 40,000-square-foot indoor go-kart track, mini golf, roller skating, and soon, the addition of a new bowling alley. In 2023, that vision reached another milestone with the opening of Island Waterpark at Showboat, the world's largest beachfront indoor water park, creating an entirely new reason for families to visit Atlantic City year-round.
Blatstein believes Atlantic City's greatest strength is its diversity of experiences. From its world-class beaches, casinos, restaurants, and entertainment venues to its growing residential neighborhoods and expanding attractions, he sees the city as a one-of-a-kind destination with unmatched potential. That confidence has fueled his continued investment in Atlantic City and his belief that the city's future is brighter than ever.
Blatstein often says that now is the time to invest in Atlantic City, believing that the momentum underway today will make today's opportunities far more difficult to find just a few years from now.
