As the Founder and CEO of Tower Investments, Blatstein built his reputation by revitalizing overlooked neighborhoods in Philadelphia, transforming them into thriving destinations. In 2016, Blatstein purchased the shuttered Showboat Casino with a bold vision: reinvent it as a premier family-friendly resort. Since then, Showboat has become one of Atlantic City's most unique attractions, featuring the world's largest arcade, a 40,000-square-foot indoor go-kart track, mini golf, roller skating, and soon, the addition of a new bowling alley. In 2023, that vision reached another milestone with the opening of Island Waterpark at Showboat, the world's largest beachfront indoor water park, creating an entirely new reason for families to visit Atlantic City year-round.
